2. Since mortgage rates have set new all-time record lows for the second consecutive week, why aren't more first time home buyers entering the housing market?

3. I can't believe that my daughter is going to prom tonight. ~ Time passes much to quickly.  The older I get, the faster is goes.

For those home owners who think mortgage rates are going to drop further, this message is for you.  What are you waiting for?  Freddie Mac released the latest weekly results that show mortgage rates unchanged for the third consecutive week.

The average 30-year fixed-rate mortgage has been at its all-time record-breaking low of 3.87 percent since the first week of February, below 4.00 percent for the past 11 weeks, and below 5.00 percent for the past 52 weeks dating back to the February 17, 2011.

Mortgage rates always rise quicker than they fall.  Don't miss out on this once in a lifetime opportunity to lower your monthly mortgage payment.
