Old Capital Residential Lending is a Texas Based Mortgage Company. Our Company has been lending in Texas for over 10 years and is licensed by the State of Texas Savings and Loans Department as Mortgage Broker # 108 (out of 5000+) in the State of Texas.

Old Capital controls the entire loan process from one location thereby ensuring full service to the borrower. We believe this system of complete and thorough “in-house processing”, expedites the loan approval procedure before it goes to the underwriter.
