March 2008: Billy Parker became the 2nd mortgage professional in the state of Texas to attain standing as a nationally recognized Certified Mortgage Consultant (CMC), and Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist (CRMS). 

June 2008: The National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) selected Parker as their Certificant in the Spotlight mortgage broker.

Billy Parker is a member of the Texas Real Estate Teachers Association (TRETA), Real Estate Educators Association (REEA), Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB), and Texas Association of Mortgage Professionals (TAMP). Billy has a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio State University.
